1. How do I place an order?
To place an order, simply reach out to us via our contact form, email, or social media. Let us know your requirements, and we’ll guide you through the process.
2. Do you offer delivery?
Yes, we offer local delivery within Oakville and surrounding areas. Delivery fees may apply depending on the distance. We also offer pickup from our location in North Oakville for your convenience.
3. How long do the cookies stay fresh?
Our sugar cookies stay fresh for up to 3 weeks when stored in an airtight container. We heat seal each cookie individually to maintain freshness. If you need to store them for longer, they are freezable in freezer bags placed inside an airtight container and can be kept in the freezer for up to 3 months. When ready to enjoy, simply bring them to room temperature by leaving them out in the container overnight.
For cookie cakes and other treats, we recommend enjoying them within a week for the best taste and texture.
4. Do you accommodate allergens?
While we do not bake with any nuts, we cannot guarantee that our products are 100% allergen-free. We bake from a certified commercial kitchen where cross-contamination could occur. As a precaution, we prioritize safety and suggest that those with severe allergies consult with us before placing an order.
5. How much do your cookies cost?
Pricing varies depending on the size, design complexity, and quantity of your order. Our base price for our custom orders is $48 per dozen. We will also work within your budget to create the best treats for your event. Please contact us for a personalized quote, and we’ll provide a price based on your specific requirements.
6. How far in advance should I place an order?
For custom orders, we recommend placing your order at least 2 weeks in advance to ensure availability. During busy seasons (like holidays), it's best to order even earlier.
7. What is your deposit and payment policy?

Deposit Payment: To secure your booking and start preparing your custom treats, a 50% deposit is required. This deposit confirms your order and allows us to reserve your spot.

Balance Payment: The remaining balance is due on the day of pickup or delivery.

Accepted Payment Methods: We accept E-transfer to rochelle@theprettylittleflour.com, Cheque, Card Payment, and Cash.
8. How do you ensure the safety and quality of your products?
Each of our creations is crafted in a health-inspected, certified commercial kitchen, and we hold a food handler’s certification to ensure the highest standards of safety and quality.
9. What is your return policy?
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order is placed. If there is an issue with your order (such as damage during delivery), please contact us immediately, and we will work with you to resolve it. Customer satisfaction is our top priority!
10. Can you make custom cookie cutters?
Yes! We offer 3D printed custom cookie cutters. If you have a specific design in mind, we can create a cutter tailored to your needs. Please get in touch for more details.
