Ordering custom-decorated treats from us is simple and straight forward! Here’s a step-by-step guide to make the process easy and enjoyable:
1. Send Inspiration Picture
To get started, please share an inspiration picture that reflects the design you’d like for your treats. This could be a photo, drawing, or any visual reference that gives us a clear idea of what you have in mind. If you’re unsure or need help finding the perfect design, don’t worry! We’re happy to provide suggestions and inspiration based on your theme or preferences.
2. Specify Quantity and Date
Along with your inspiration picture, let us know how many treats you’ll need and the date you’d like them to be ready. This helps us plan and ensure your order is prepared on time and to your specifications.
3. Receive and Approve the Quote
Once we have your design, quantity, and date, we’ll send you a quote for your order. Please review the quote and let us know if you have any questions or adjustments.
4. Deposit Payment
To secure your booking and start preparing your custom treats, a 50% deposit is required. This deposit confirms your order and allows us to reserve your spot.
5. Balance Payment
The remaining balance is due on the day of pickup. For your convenience, we accept the following payment methods: E-transfer, Cheque, Card payment and Cash.
6. pick up your treats
On the agreed-upon date, simply come to our location in Oakville North to pick up your beautifully decorated custom treats. We’ll have them ready and waiting for you!
